Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the Scaterna platform. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scaterna online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through scaterna.net ("the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for an account or use the Platform. Scaterna reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use the Scaterna Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age. Scaterna strictly prohibits access or participation by minors. If we have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification.
You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a prohibited entity.
You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed account on the Platform.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and current. Scaterna may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account on the Scaterna Platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, Scaterna reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any pending transactions.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. Scaterna will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify Scaterna immediately by contacting [email protected]. We will take prompt action to secure your account upon receiving a verified report. You can also visit the login page to change your password at any time.

4. User Obligations and Platform Rules

By using the Scaterna Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
Attempting to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent.
Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Platform or other users' experience.
Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or server infrastructure without authorization.

Scaterna reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances, where violations are confirmed. 5. Payments and Transactions

All transactions on the Scaterna Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players must use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party payment arrangements — where funds are sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted.

Scaterna supports a range of local payment channels for deposits, including e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, online bank transfers, and over-the-counter payment options. Current deposit methods and minimum amounts are displayed on the deposit page after logging in.

Transaction processing times vary by payment method and provider. Scaterna is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or system outages outside of our control. If a deposit is not credited within the expected processing window, players should contact support with their transaction reference number for investigation.

Scaterna reserves the right to conduct verification checks on deposits and withdrawals in accordance with applicable regulations. Transactions flagged for review may be temporarily held pending verification. Players must not attempt to deposit funds obtained through illegal means. Any deposits found to be connected to unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Scaterna Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scaterna shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
Any errors, interruptions, or delays in the operation of the Platform.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transactions.
Any outcomes of games played on the Platform, including financial losses.
Reliance on any content or information available on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Scaterna's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Players are solely responsible for assessing whether their participation in gaming activities is lawful in their jurisdiction.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Scaterna reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

A player is found to have violated these Terms or any applicable rules.
Suspicious account activity, fraud, or collusion is detected.
A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
A player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.
An account has been inactive for an extended period.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, access will be restricted until the matter is resolved. Scaterna will communicate the outcome to the account holder at the email address on record. Account balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact [email protected] at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Scaterna Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, icons, and design elements — is the property of Scaterna or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from Scaterna. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to Scaterna may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Scaterna reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their account email address or through a notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the Scaterna Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
